How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you know your date — and if you do not have one yet, reach out anyway. Reaching out early simply gives you the most choice, since popular spring and autumn Saturdays are the first to fill and fireworks involve local permitting that runs on its own calendar. None of that means a later inquiry is a lost cause: we keep dates open across the year and have put together full weddings, displays included, on much shorter notice. Ask about your date before you assume it is taken.
Can we book more than one brand?
Yes, and most couples do. You get one proposal, one point of contact and one timeline covering every service you have chosen. You can also book any single brand on its own.
Do you travel?
Regularly. We are based in eastern Virginia and take bookings up and down the East Coast, from the Carolinas through the Mid-Atlantic. Travel is quoted up front rather than added later.
What happens at the consultation?
A conversation, not a pitch. We ask about your date, venue, guest count and what you are picturing, then talk through what we would recommend and roughly what it costs. You leave with a written proposal, not a deadline.
Are there discounts?
We offer a standing discount to active military and veterans, first responders, medical professionals, educators and nonprofit employees. Mention it when you reach out.
