Signature Photobooths · Photo & video experiences

Open-air photo booth with a backdrop and props at a wedding

Open-air booth

Prints in hand before they sit back down

An open frame instead of a curtained box, which means bigger groups, better light and photos your guests will actually keep. Unlimited prints all night in a template we design to match your stationery, plus instant digital delivery by text, email or QR.

Backdrop options run from sequin and floral to clean color, and the prop display is curated rather than dumped — enough to be fun, not so much that every photo turns into a costume party.

360 video booth

The clip that ends up on everyone’s story

Guests step onto a lit platform, an arm orbits with the camera, and thirty seconds later they have a finished video with your overlay on it. Effects vary by clip — slow build, speed ramp, boomerang — and it always draws a crowd, which is half the point.

We bring our own lighting, an attendant to run the queue, and custom branding on every clip. Sharing is instant, and you get the complete set of videos after the event.

Corporate & brand activations

Either booth can wear your logo instead of a monogram

Weddings are only half of what these booths do. For conferences, trade show floors, holiday parties, grand openings, fundraisers and campus events, we build the artwork around your brand rather than a couple’s names — and every photo and clip leaves with your logo on it.

01

Your brand on every asset

Print templates, screen graphics, 360 video overlays, backdrops and the sharing screen all built from your logo, colors and campaign artwork. Send us brand files and we design to them.

02

Data and lead capture

Optional email or phone capture at the sharing step, so the booth doubles as a list-building tool. You receive the full gallery plus the contact list after the event.

03

Built for a booked floor

A staffed booth that keeps a queue moving, footprints that fit a 10 × 10 exhibit space, and setup timed around your load-in window.

Tell us the event type and we will quote the booth, the branding and the staffing together.

Optional AI experiences

The booth can hand back something the camera never saw

Our booth software carries a full set of AI effects, available as an optional upgrade on either booth. A guest steps in, the camera takes an ordinary photo, and a few seconds later they get back a finished image built from it — still recognizably them, but staged, styled or dropped somewhere they have never been. The original photo is always kept and delivered alongside it, and the finished render arrives by text or email and lands in your gallery with everything else.

01

Editorial glam

A polished, red-carpet finish: even skin, brightened eyes and teeth, controlled lighting and an optional black-and-white treatment. The most-requested option at weddings, galas and milestone birthdays, because it flatters everybody without changing who they are.

02

Instant professional headshots

A studio backdrop and studio lighting applied to a phone-booth-quick photo, sized for a profile picture. Popular at conferences, association meetings, campus career events and staff days — guests leave with a headshot they will actually use.

03

Dropped into a scene

Your guest, placed inside a world you choose: a decade, a city skyline, a snowy street, a film genre, a stadium, an album cover. No green screen and no physical set required, so the footprint stays the same.

04

Collectible keepsakes

Magazine covers, sports-style trading cards, action-figure boxes and cartoon avatars — formats that come back with a name and a title on them. These travel the furthest on social because they are funny before they are flattering.

05

Branded activations

Your logo, product, campaign artwork or event name woven into the generated image rather than stamped on the corner of it. Useful for product launches, sponsor moments and trade show floors where the photo is the deliverable.

06

Written to your theme

If none of the ready-made effects fit, we write a custom effect for your event: a specific look, a specific setting, a specific joke. Tell us the theme and we will build it and test it before the day.

A few practical notes: AI renders take a few seconds each, so we usually run them alongside the standard print rather than in place of it. Effects are set up and tested before your event, not chosen on the fly. And every guest still gets the untouched photo, which matters more than you would think at a wedding.

Common questions

Booth questions we get weekly

Open-air booth or 360 booth — which one?
The open-air booth is the social one: groups of eight pile in, everyone leaves with a print, and the album fills up over the night. The 360 booth is the spectacle: one to four people at a time, an orbiting camera clip, and a crowd watching. Plenty of receptions run both, in different rooms.
Do guests get prints?
With the open-air booth, yes — unlimited prints on the night, in a template we design to match your stationery. Digital copies go out by text, email or QR code at the same time, and you receive the full gallery afterwards. The 360 booth does not print: each guest gets their video sent straight to them by text, email or QR code, and the complete set of clips comes to you after the event.
Is someone there to run it?
Always. An attendant sets up, keeps the props tidy, gets shy guests into the frame, manages the queue and packs down. You should never be the person troubleshooting a photo booth at your own wedding.
What do you need from the venue?
A reasonably level floor, a standard power outlet within reach, and roughly ten by ten feet for the open-air booth or twelve by twelve for the 360 platform with its safety margin. We confirm the exact footprint with your venue in advance.
Do we have to use props?
No. Props are included but entirely optional — plenty of couples skip them and keep the photos formal. You are also welcome to bring your own, whether that is signs, hats, something themed or an inside joke, and our attendant will set them out with ours.
Can you match our design?
Yes. Pick a backdrop from our collection and a print design from our sample templates, or send us your own artwork and we will build the backdrop, print template, screen graphics and 360 video overlay around it. Everything is designed around your names, date, palette or monogram, and you approve the artwork before the event.
What about a guest book?
We can add a scrapbook station: a duplicate print goes into the album with space for a note, and you go home with a signed keepsake rather than a folder of files to open later.
