Who we are

The Signature Entertainment Group is the shared brand of Signature DJs, LLC and Signature Sparks LLC, based in eastern Virginia. Our services are offered as Signature DJs, Signature Sparks, Signature Photobooths and The Signature Details. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean these companies and brands. This policy covers this website, consultations, proposals and contracts, and the events we work.

Information you give us

When you call, text, email or schedule a consultation, you may share your name, phone number, email address, event date, venue, guest count, budget and the details of your plans. When you book, we also collect what we need to deliver your event, such as timelines, music requests, vendor contacts, billing details and signed agreements. Payments are processed by Square, and we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, your general location (city or region) and the website that sent you here. We also record when someone taps a phone number, clicks an email link or opens our consultation scheduler, so we can see which pages help people reach us. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

Event photos, videos and photo booths

Photo booth sessions are shared with guests by text, email or QR code, and the host receives the full digital gallery after the event. When a guest enters a phone number or email address to receive their photos, we use it only to deliver those photos. For corporate and branded events, the host may ask us to collect guests’ email addresses or phone numbers at the booth. In that case, the host receives that contact list, and the host’s own privacy practices apply to how it is used.

We may share photos and videos from events we work, including images credited to our photography partners, on this website, on social media and in printed marketing. If you would like an image of you removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Services we use

We rely on trusted service providers to run our business. They include Dubsado for scheduling, proposals, contracts and our client portal; Google for analytics, email and fonts on this site; Snappic for photo booth galleries and sharing; Square for payments; and our website host. These providers handle information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. Links to other websites, such as our awards, review and social media pages, are governed by those sites’ own policies.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only with the service providers described above, with your venue and other vendors when that is needed for your event, with permitting authorities for fireworks, and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and event records for as long as we need them to deliver your event and meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations. We keep consultation inquiries that do not become bookings only as long as they remain useful for following up.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, unless we need to keep it for a contract or a legal obligation. You can also ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time. Depending on where you live, including Virginia, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within 45 days.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No system is completely secure, so please contact us right away if you believe your information has been misused.
