Guests dancing in falling confetti in front of a branded event backdrop

Parties & corporate events

Three packages for
everything else.

Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, holiday parties, galas, school dances and company milestones. Same crews and same equipment as our weddings, priced for the way non-wedding events actually run.

How the pricing works

Three things worth knowing before you scroll

01

A price, not an estimate

The figure attached to each package is the price it starts at, with taxes, fees, standard setup and teardown already counted. Your date, venue, guest count and hours are what move it, and venues more than 100 miles from Williamsburg, Virginia may carry a travel fee — all of it told to you before you book.

02

Built to hold a program

Corporate and fundraising events usually run a schedule before anybody dances. Our MCs are used to award reveals, sponsor thank-yous, auction moments and speeches that run three minutes long, and they keep the room with you.

03

Nothing here is locked

These three are the combinations clients ask for most often. Swap, trim or add anything, or build a package from scratch — custom is always on the table.

The three packages

Pick the one closest to your event

Each package builds on the one before it, so you can read down the list and stop where it stops being worth it. Planning a wedding instead? Those are priced separately on the wedding packages page.

Enhancements

Add to any package

Anything below can be attached to any of the three, whether or not it appears in that tier. Because all four brands sit under one roof, an addition is a line on your existing quote rather than a new vendor to manage.

01

Uplighting and logo projection

Room uplighting in your brand or party colors for $395 when added to The Social, and your logo or monogram projected in the room for $250 when added to The Social or The Full Floor. More on the DJs & Lighting page.

02

Fireworks and community displays

A fireworks finale starting at $1,795 for one minute, or a holiday and community display starting at $7,995 for eight minutes, with custom quotes for larger shows. Fired outdoors by our own certified team at Signature Sparks, with local permit fees added at cost.

03

Photo booths and brand activations

An open-air booth with digital delivery for $695, with unlimited prints for $845, or a 360 video booth for $995 — or trade the booth in The Headliner for a 360 for $300. A custom printed backdrop with your artwork is $350, and branded activations and AI experiences are quoted to your event. Compare the formats on the Signature Photobooths page.

04

Event management

A run of show, vendor coordination and an on-site manager from load-in to load-out, starting at $1,495 through The Signature Details. DJ packages are not included in event management.

05

Extra hours and second spaces

Additional DJ and MC hours for $250 each, sound in a second room for $250, an additional wireless microphone for $50, and each additional consecutive day starting at $995 for conferences, festivals and reunion weekends.

06

Program sound

Podium microphone, walk-up music and video audio for award presentations, ribbon cuttings, graduations and recognition programs, for $250.

Common questions

About the packages

What kinds of events are these packages for?
Anything that is not a wedding: milestone birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, retirement parties, holiday parties, school and university dances, fundraisers and galas, award nights, conference receptions, grand openings and company milestones. If your event runs a formal program before the dancing, tell us and we will add program sound, slide and video playback and an on-site event manager to whichever package fits.
Do you handle sound for speeches and presentations?
Yes. Every package includes a wireless microphone, and from The Full Floor up you get a second microphone so a host and a speaker are not passing one back and forth. Program sound, playback for slides, video and walk-on music, and an on-site event manager who runs the program cues while the DJ handles the room can all be added to any package.
Can you project our company logo?
Yes. The Headliner projects a custom logo or monogram onto a wall, the dance floor or a feature surface, and it can be added to either of the other two. We can also match the photo booth print template and the backdrop to your brand, so the photos your guests share carry your identity rather than ours.
Can we add a 360 booth instead of the open-air booth?
Yes. The open-air booth in The Headliner can be traded for a 360 booth for $300, which covers the platform, the attendant, the lighting and the same on-site staffing. A 360 booth records short spinning video clips guests share from their phones that night — strong for brand activations and younger crowds, while the open-air booth is better when you want prints in people’s hands. See Signature Photobooths for both formats.
Can we add fireworks to a corporate event?
Yes, outdoors. A fireworks finale starts at $1,795 and holiday and community displays start at $7,995, fired by our own certified team at Signature Sparks. Prices include licensing, Virginia state-certified pyrotechnicians and liability insurance; the local permit fee is added at cost. Displays are subject to venue approval and permitting, which we handle as part of planning.
Do you invoice a company or organization directly?
Yes. We work with corporate, university, nonprofit and municipal clients and can provide a W-9, a certificate of insurance naming your venue or organization, and an invoice on your purchase order terms. Tell us what your procurement process needs and we will get it to you before contracting.
Are you a certified small business?
Yes. We are SWAM certified — a Small, Women-owned and Minority-owned business certified through the Commonwealth of Virginia. If your organization tracks small-business or supplier-diversity spend, or your procurement office requires certified vendors, booking us counts toward it. We can send our certification details with a W-9 and a certificate of insurance whenever your paperwork calls for them.
How far do you travel?
Our home ground is eastern Virginia — Williamsburg, the Historic Triangle, Hampton Roads and Richmond — and we regularly work up and down the East Coast. Package prices cover venues within 100 miles of Williamsburg, Virginia. Beyond that a travel fee may apply, quoted openly before you book rather than added as a surprise line.

Tell us the date and we will tell you what it takes

Send your date, venue and rough headcount and we will point you at the package that actually fits — including the pieces you can safely skip.
